By the time my senior year is done, I should be adding OpenGL, Networks, Database Programming and some more stuff to the technical part.
Everything else will probably stay pretty much the same.
Making this has made me reflect on how I spent my time at Lafayette. I don 't think I wasted it. I think I did a lot of exploring, maybe too much but that was mainly because I was genuinely interested in too much.
Good luck to me and my job search .... Oh and even though my primary goal is to get a job as a programmer, I would also like working with IT stuff. I want to ultimately move to system design, program manager type stuff but feel like you can't do that kind of thing without a good background in programming.
I posted it here because I'm hoping some recruiters will stumble upon it. Also, I'm looking for feedback from people experienced with this sort of thing. Please put your input in Comments at the bottom of this entry. I'll probably update resume with input every 3 wks or so.
